Kings Youth Athletic Program, operating publicly as Kings Youth Basketball (collectively, "KYAP," "KYB," "we," "us," or "our"), respects the privacy of players, families, volunteers, supporters, and website visitors. This notice explains the information practices of the temporary informational website at www.kingsyouthbasketball.org.
Information Collected Through This Website
The current website does not provide user accounts, online registration, tryout forms, payment processing, or newsletter enrollment. It includes a general contact form. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, and any other information you voluntarily include.
Contact-form submissions are processed through our website hosting or form service and made available to KYAP so we can review and respond. The form is intended for parents, guardians, other adults, and general organizational inquiries. Do not submit payment-card information, medical information, a child's date of birth, or other sensitive player information through the contact form. Tryout requests are not currently being accepted or scheduled.

If KYAP learns that a child under 13 submitted personal information through the public website without appropriate parent or guardian involvement, a parent or guardian may contact us to request its deletion.
Any future online registration or player-information system will require a separate privacy review and updated notice before it is launched.
Player Photographs and Media
The website may display photographs or videos from KYAP activities. Media permissions are handled separately from this public website. A parent or guardian who has a question or request concerning an identifiable minor's photograph or video may contact KYAP using the information below.

KYAP does not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose limited information:
